Service Description
Evolution’s award-winning kids & Teens MMA classes are designed to create black belt leaders. The kids and teens go through a series of curriculum sets which were specifically created to develop self-esteem, confidence, self-discipline, leadership skills, and overall health, disguised within a fun curriculum. Studies have shown that kids and teens who learn self-defense become more assertive and less aggressive. And also, kids who know how to defend themselves typically don’t have to since they carry themselves in a more confident manner.
