I have over 25 year of experience in Early Childhood with specialized education. Over the years I have had the opportunity to run an in home child care, taught VPK for a private preschool, as well as been a VPK Preschool Director. My love of teaching and caring for children prompted me to home-school my own children through second grade. I absolutely loved being a Preschool Director but I greatly missed taking part in the early years and being that secondary caregiver that made a difference daily. Throughout my experience, I came to realize that as much as I loved being a Director at a private preschool, the children still needed more individualized care. I did not like the rush of the day or the assembly line care that I saw them receiving. I wanted to do more and offer quality care for the children. I want to make impressionable memories and offer loving, educational, individualized, and mother like care for the children. Often I recognized that the children in preschool still needed assistance with many things and they were told that they needed to do them by themselves. There needed to be a bridge to fill the gap between parent and school. I want to be that bridge, the person that offers the exceptional and personalized care to the children that are in my care, from infant through Kindergarten.
