Experienced & Engaging Spanish/ESL/French Tutor

I have been studying Spanish for 11 years, and will be graduating from Temple University with a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature and Certificates in French Business and English Writing in May of 2019. I graduated from Temple's Latin American Studies Semester Immersion Program in the spring of 2016, and spent 5 months studying in Spain during the spring of 2018. I am a Spanish and ESL tutor at the Temple Writing Center, and spent over 200 hours interning with the Nationalities Service Center in Philadelphia during the Fall of 2018 assisting with various tasks including Spanish interpretation and translation. In the Spring of 2019, I will be Peer Teaching a French 1002 class at Temple. I am passionate about sharing and practicing language with others, and am happy to help with anything from grammar to spoken pronunciation and fluency. I believe that modifying teaching methods to fit the needs of the student and making practice fun and flexible are two of the most important aspects of education. I love connecting with people of any age, from elementary school children to adults. Looking forward to working with you!
