Roller skating is an effective aerobic exercise and it strengthens the heart. Assists in improving muscle strength and endurance. It works your arms, legs, and burns calories. The excercise from skating helps prevent injuries. Roller skating is a social activity that can be done with friend (or you can make new ones!).
